Topic
Round Table interaction in the topic of "Position of the women in the State Restructure"
The program was organized at World Trade Center, Tripureshwor, to interact and discuss with the political leaders, professionals and civil society members. Inter party Women's Alliance organized this programme with the support of Jagaran Nepal/INFOWRC/Care Nepal.
Objectives
The main objective of this program is to identify the participation of women in state structure and assure equal as well as meaning participation of women in constitution building.
Process
The program has started with the welcoming speech of Kalyani Rijal, General Secretary of IPWA, was preceded by the speech of Shashi Shrestha, President of IPWA and concept paper was presented by Radha Gyawali on the progam's topic,Vice–president of IPWA.Different parties leader, professionals presented their views regarding to the topic.The floor has also been opened for the interaction.
Political leaders and civil society member were the guest for the program and other women CA members and women Leaders were the participation for the program.
Women Parliamentarians, women's leaders of different parties, women professionals along with media persons had actively involved and raised the issues.
Output
The program was organized to give pressure to all the political parties to assure equal participation of women in the state restructure and in the constitution building. The delivered speech of the program has been evidence in the tape. By the assist with this, IPWA will make the meaningful conclusion and submit to the reliable consign which will assure the participation of women in the state restructure.
Participation
Among the total persons present were 64 female and 23 were male.

Leaders and professionals were busy regarding the CA issues and were not able to give sufficient time to the program

Program can be handled in short time if homework is done wisely and appropriately.
